We Are Not Responsible for Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the hands of the carrier. We’re not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen, so be sure to choose a secure delivery location.

Order Processing

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You can count on us to get your gear out as fast as possible during our business days.

Double-Check Your Shipping Info

You’re responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of checkout. The Cool Dad Crew will ship your order to the address you enter, so take a moment to ensure it’s correct. Typos or outdated info can cause major delays—and nobody wants that.

No Cancellations After Shipping

Once your order is on its way, there’s no turning back. Orders cannot be canceled after they’ve been shipped.
